My own journey to finding a healthy lifestyle has given me insight into the many challenges one encounters. This enables me to bring a high level of empathy, respect, and understanding to my clients.  I would love to work with you on how you can take a healthier approach to all aspects of your life. You'll have more energy, be happier, healthier, look younger and live life to the fullest! We'll talk about diet, stress management, mindfulness, and all types of strategies to get you on the path to a healthy body and mind. The goal of health coaching is to empower you to take charge of your health. With over 20 years of experience in the field of nutrition education and coaching, Cynthia is a certified personal trainer and independent health and wellness coach. She has worked in various weight loss centers and helped clients make gradual and lifelong changes to achieve their health goals.  In 2013 Cynthia graduated from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition, IIN, the world's largest nutrition school.  Cynthia works with clients one on one and in groups both on the phone and in person to design a healthier life by incorporating better nutrition, stress management strategies and exercise into their lives.  Cynthia also is a trained presenter via Toastmasters International with years of experience delivering presentations in numerous settings on a variety of health topics.

My education and training completes my coaching arsenal – allowing me to provide you with the tools and methods you need to  achieve your goals. A thorough health assessment helps me to better understand your current health status and your short and long term health goals.  If needed, we will work together on a therapeutic nutritional intervention for disease management and prevention. I am available for presentations or one on one targeted conversations on topics that include strategies around topics such as:

  • Weight loss 
  • Sleep management 
  • Decreasing menopause symptoms through diet and lifestyle changes
  • Eating for energy
  • Decreasing sugar in your diet to minimize sugar cravings
  • Helping children to eat healthier
  • Preventing emotional eating 
  • Improving thyroid health

Q. Will our conversations be confidential?

A. I can assure you that everything that we discuss will be strictly confidential.

Q. Will I receive follow up information from you between sessions?

A. Yes I will provide you with lots of great tips after our calls, most likely through email.

Q. Will the sessions be tailored to me specifically?

A. Yes our conversations will be geared to you and only you.  This is not a "one size fits all" approach. It is very individualized.

Q. Will you set up goals for me?

A. I can assure you that goal setting will be something that we will be doing frequently. I will be checking in with you between calls to make sure that you are sticking to the goals that we set.
